When solitude descends upon me

There comes a moment in life when suddenly you will feel lonely not because you are alone but because there is something lacking. It is not nearly the satisfaction you experience in life because you know deep inside you have the comfort of living a simple life. It is the longing of something you keep counting for. Something you avoid talking about. Something you hide in your smile, in your laugh and in your words.

But life teaches you to go on because that is how it's supposed to be. And maybe, you are feeling empty because you were looking for something that you don’t need. The truth is, the things that are not in your life probably weren’t meant for you. Because if they were, little by little, find their way to you.
